To ensure our global customers receive the highest quality products at the best value, all frames and prescription eyewear are crafted and shipped directly from our owned production facility (China). Siloam Eyewear is a brand owned and operated by Lumora Group LLC.
1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (United States)
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders shipped to addresses within the United States.
Our fulfillment process includes Order Processing Time (crafting, quality control, prescription assembly) and Transit Time (carrier delivery).

2. International Shipping (Outside the US)
We ship worldwide. For international orders, shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on destination.
3. Shipping Restrictions & Guidelines
- PO Boxes: Major carriers (UPS/FedEx/DHL) cannot deliver to PO boxes. Please provide a valid physical street address.
- Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO): We support military shipments via specialized postal services. Please allow 7–10 additional business days for transit.
- Uncontrollable Delays: Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to extreme weather, customs clearance, logistics capacity, or carrier issues—we are not liable for such delays.

Once your order ships, we send a Shipping Confirmation Email with your tracking number and carrier details. You may track delivery status via our website or the carrier’s portal.

Q: Where do my Siloam frames ship from?
A: All Siloam eyewear is shipped directly from our self-owned production facility (China) to ensure strict quality control and competitive pricing.
Q: If I choose Free Shipping, how long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: For US domestic orders, standard shipping totals 7–14 business days (2–4 days processing + 5–10 days domestic transit).
Q: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
A: To modify details, email us at contact@siloameyewear.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once processed and a tracking number is generated, address changes are not possible.
Q: What should I do if my package is marked delivered but I haven’t received it?
A: First check your property or with neighbors. If missing, contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. Siloam Eyewear is not responsible for loss or theft after carrier-confirmed delivery.
