Do you provide replacement parts and lenses?

Yes. As we operate our own production facilities, we offer original replacement nose pads, temple tips and full lens sets for all current Siloam frame styles.

Please note: To preserve optical accuracy and structural stability, we highly suggest all lens replacements and professional adjustments be completed by a licensed optician. What does “Polarized” mean, and do I need it?

Polarized lenses are built with a specialized filter that blocks horizontal light waves, greatly reducing harsh glare reflected off water, snow, roads and other flat surfaces. They deliver sharper vision, better color contrast and less eye strain during outdoor use.

Kind reminder: Polarized lenses may slightly affect visibility on some LCD screens and vehicle dashboards. They are not recommended for aviation pilots.

Where are Siloam glasses manufactured?

All Siloam frames are handcrafted and precision assembled at our in-house, modern production facility. By controlling the full supply chain from raw materials to final products, we cut out intermediate costs and enforce strict quality standards that comply with global optical requirements. Our premium lenses are sourced from reputable optical suppliers and custom finished on-site.

How long is your official warranty?

We proudly offer a Lifetime Warranty on all frame structural parts and solder points that fail due to verified manufacturing defects.

Warranty Exclusions: This warranty applies only to factory defects. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental lens scratches, broken lenses, or damage caused by misuse, improper care or accidents. The warranty is valid solely for the original buyer who purchased authentic products directly from siloameyewear.com.
Can I purchase Siloam Eyewear in physical retail stores?

We mainly adopt a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) model and sell products globally through our official online store, to bring high-quality eyewear at competitive prices.
